OCTOBER 2025 newsletteR
Helou folks!
I made it with the newsletter before the end of October. How’s observing going? Have you felt and observed anything interesting about yourselves? Habits, challenges, mood swings, energy levels, etc.? My month has been a roller coaster. One day, I am full of energy, the next, I am struggling to get going, a bit like the weather at the moment, can’t make up its mind! That’s pretty typical when changing seasons, especially in springtime. Coming from the land of darkness, I can tell you that most people in Finland struggle the most in the Spring. After spending last summer there, I am slightly concerned about the fear of light on people in my motherland. Finns just still like to hide in caves away from the light and heat. I am glad I have escaped! Personally, I haven’t experienced a lack of energy this time of the year before. I am usually full of energy when there’s more light. So my observations for myself have been concentrating on energy levels. Started working with a naturopath to give me some more info on what I could be doing for myself. It’s nice to be on the other side of the table to be listening to handy tips. I can share more about my journey with Hanna later on. If you are interested in her work, check out: https://www.naturesroad.co.nz/
Been really thinking of a task for you guys for the next month. Seems like most of you are really busy with work atm, or there’s a whole heap of life changes happening/ahead. It’s quite interesting that similar issues/problems always seem to come in at the same time. Spring is the time for lower leg issues. Firstly, changing shoes, walking more, old and new injuries, all the obvious physical sides of things. But since there have been quite a few of you struggling with random ankle and knee pain, including me with my dodgy and noisy ankles, I looked into other reasons that could be lurking behind these. Funny how things line up, according to the Reiki and Honohono notes: Knees represent: fear of change, moving forward, willpower, flexibility, and grief. Ankles represent: Grounding, standing up, walking your path, the bridge between direction and walking it. I think I need to sit on this for a while myself!
I think now is a good time to stop and think where we are heading towards in the summer, in the year 2026, and in life? Just a small thing to ponder on a regular Wednesday evening. Take your time, meditate, make notes, consult a friend, ask a cat (if you don’t have one, Keke and Storm promised to help out, if you can afford to pay their prices). Sometimes it is good to think of the big picture to give insight into why we do all the small stuff. I am here, and always happy to discuss the meaning of life. But also, a good friend of mine is starting her own health coach business, so we might be running a small workshop if you are interested in making small and big changes together. Let me know, and we’ll see what could be possible.
I am also still struggling in the pool every week, trying to get better at swimming smoothly. If you would like to join me and get an amazing coach, let me know, and I would happily organize a group so we can all be swimming to Clyde at the end of the summer season! One has to have big life goals, haha.
Bowen sessions are also available again, for those of you who haven’t experienced that yet. You will have to commit to 3 sessions, free of charge, so I can learn and you can relax.
Lots to think of, take your time. I am here, ready to help you when you are ready.
Love
